Highway to death
Soda,Fruit drinks,Desserts and candy.They are in almost every corner of the grocery store or maybe in your classmates bag. But did you know that taking in too much added Sugar is your ticket to increase the risk of death? Not only that ,the best part is about to come,but before you die you know you have to pay some type of consequences? Never have i heard someone say "being obese is great and healthy". Other than being obese, you could also suffer from high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and risk of heart disease and stroke.''The risk of cardiovascular disease death increases exponentially as you increase your consumption of added sugars". The best thing to do is decrease the amount of sugar we take in and if that is too hard find a way to burn it off!
