Business and Financial Consulting – $95/hour or cost per project

- Expert advice to improve profitability and efficiency.

Required Setup for Bookkeeping – $500 one-time fee

- Custom setup of QuickBooks Online specifically for your business.

- Includes assistance converting existing Quickbooks products into Quickbooks Online.

- Set up includes 1st month’s subscription fee.

Full Service Accounting – Packages starting at $500 per month

Includes the following services:


- QuickBooks Online monthly subscription required and included in per month cost.

- Input all transactions for up to 2 bank accounts and / or credit card accounts.

- Reconcile up to 2 bank accounts and /or credit card accounts.

- Make any adjusting entries needed.

- Provide Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and any other reports needed.

- Add $75 for each additional bank or credit card account.

- Year-end close out included.

Accounts Payable:

- Maintain vendor records.

- Enter bills into QuickBooks.

- Prepare checks for you to print / or pay through your bank’s online bill pay.

- Prepare Form 1099 Misc at year end.

Accounts Receivable:

- Maintain customer records.

- Enter invoices to be emailed and /or mailed.

- Mail invoices.

- Process statements to be emailed and / or mailed.

- Mail statements.

- Process sales tax return.

- Add $.75 for each invoice or statement mailed.

Payroll Service - Ask us for details and pricing

- Customized payroll service includes direct deposit.

Year-end Bookkeeping – Starting at $4750

- Stand alone, once per year service.

- Enter all transactions for the entire year for up to 2 bank accounts and / or credit card accounts.

- Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts.

- Make all general journal entries.

- Provide reports needed for your tax preparer.

- $250 each additional bank or credit card account.


Our estate services use both privacy and perspective as we provide our clients with personalized emergency and estate planning and organizational services.

Estate Organization – from $1100 to $9750

- Our staff conducts and catalogs a full inventory of your entire estate.

- Inventory results are recorded in either digital or hard copy, bound document.

- With permission, results are shared with the client’s other estate professionals.

Estate Coordination – $475 as a stand-alone service

- Our staff coordinates with all your other estate professionals to ensure that they have the complete picture regarding your estate.

- This is included with our estate services.
