C - Conventional people are ORGANIZERS. Personality traits You are respectful, orderly, persistent, and practical. You probably like working with numbers and are good at following instructions. You like working in structured situations with set goals and deadlines. Hobbies and career interests You are likely to be detail oriented and enjoy working with data. You are often good at following budgets, creating reports, and making sure that systems and projects work efficiently and effectively.
E - Enterprising people are PERSUADERS. Personality traits You are probably enthusiastic, assertive, adventurous, and talkative. You like to start new projects and make decisions that affect others. You like to work with other people and often prefer to be in leadership positions. Hobbies and career interests You probably enjoy influencing, persuading, and performing. You are good at selling things, promoting ideas, and managing people. You might also enjoy starting your own business or running for political office.
S - Social people are HELPERS. Personality traits You are friendly, empathetic, cooperative, and responsible. You probably like to work directly with people rather than things. You prefer to work as part of a team and sometimes lead or coordinate activities. Hobbies and career interests You probably enjoy teaching, counseling, or curing others. My Personality Traits
My personality traits assessment revealed that I am type ESTJ.
E-Extravert-Extraversion is a preference to focus on the world outside the self. Extraverts enjoy social interactions and tend to be enthusiastic, verbal, assertive, and animated. They enjoy large social gatherings, such as parties and any kind of group activity. Extraverts are likely to enjoy time spent with people and find themselves energized by social interaction.
S-Sensitive-Sensing refers to how people process data. Sensing people focus on the present, they are "here and now" people, who are factual and process information through the five senses. They see things as they are, they are concrete thinkers.
T-Thinker-Thinking refers to how people make decisions. Thinking people are objective and make decisions based on facts. They are ruled by their head instead of their heart. Thinking people judge situations and others based on logic.
J-Judgement-Judging is the preference outwardly displayed. Judging does not mean "judgmental". Judging people like order, organization and think sequentially. They like to have things planned and settled. Judging people seek closure.
ESTJs thrive on order and continuity. Being extraverted, their focus involves organization of people, which translates into supervision. While ENTJs enjoy organizing and mobilizing people according to their own theories and tactically based agendas, ESTJs are content to enforce "the rules," often dictated by tradition or handed down from a higher authority.
ESTJs are joiners. They seek out like-minded companions in clubs, civic groups, churches and other service organizations. The need for belonging is woven into the fiber of SJs. The family likewise is a central focus for ESTJs, and attendance at such events as weddings, funerals and family reunions is obligatory.
Tradition is important to the ESTJ. Holidays, birthdays and other annual celebrations are remembered and observed often religiously by this type. The ESTJ is inclined to seek out his roots, to trace the family heritage back to honored ancestors both for a sense of family respectability and for a sense of security and belonging.
Service, the tangible expression of responsibility, is another key focus for ESTJs. They love to provide and to receive good service. The ESTJ merchant who provides dependable service has done much to enhance her self image.
ESTJs have an acute sense for orthodoxy. Much of their evaluation of persons and activities reflects their strong sense of what is "normal" and what isn't. ESTJ humor is frequently centered around something or someone being off center or behaving abnormally.
ESTJs promote the work ethic. Power, position and prestige should be worked for and earned. Laziness is rarely viewed with ambivalence nor benevolence by this type.

What I Learned
By completing the assessments I have learned many things about myself, and possible outcomes and careers that could suit me well. I learned the key values and responsibilities that are often needed in the types of jobs I would like to look for in the future. I also learned and observed my strongest skill areas, mostly mathematics and practical thinking. I also discovered some new interests that could help me when looking for career fields, rather than just a few jobs that I had previously considered.
