Added sugar is very unhealthy because it can cause various of complications with your heart and other parts of your body . sugar is slowly killing us because we put more calories in our body then we burn in a day . sugar not only makes you fat but it may be killing you , in most adults 71% is consuming more than 10% of their daily calories from added sugar . table sugar , brown sugar , maple syrup and more caloric sweetness are examples of added sugars . it has been proven that added sugar leads to heart failure
