Internet safety

                                                              don't be a cyberbully

lately in class we have been coming up with our top 10 safety rules to keep us and other kids safe from harm.  We had to go online and search up websites and find what we think our the top 10 rules for online safety. I went online and from my opinion these are my top 10 rules.

those are my 3 websites.

1.I will not give out personal info such as my address, telephone number

2.I will tell my parents right away if I come across something that makes me feel uncomfortable

3.I will agree to get together with someone I ‘’meet’’ online without first checking with my parents. If my parents agree to the meeting, I will be sure that is it in a public place and bring a parent along

4.I will talk with my parents about posting pictures of myself or others online and not post any pictures that my parents consider inappropriate

5.If you wouldn’t say something to another person’s face don’t text it or post it online

6.practice how to speak up to stop cyberbullying

7.when creating your screen name, do not include personal info like tour last name or date of birth

8.dont share your password with anyone but your parents

9.when you use public computers make sure to logout of the accounts you’ve accessed before leaving the terminal to your parents before you open an email attachement or download software. Attachements sometimes contain viruses. Never open an attachement from someone you don’t know
