We're Ruining Our Children's Health
Most of the food that you are giving your family and friends is full of sugar. Consuming many of the sugary foods and drink, such as the regular... soda, cakes, cookies and candy. "You increase your risk of death and heart disease." Instead of digesting the addictive food chips, coke etc- you should start to eat more fruit and vegetables. Even though fruit and veggies have a teaspoon or so of sugar. Veggies still contain a less amount of sugar compared to eating all of the junk food that you eat daily. Next time you go to your local store, you should look at the labels for the products you're buying. See how many calories and sugars you're consuming.
