BO JACKSON

Bo Jackson was born on November 30,1962 in Bessemer, Alabama.  He went to school at Auburn University.  He played in both the MLB and the NFL.

NFL

He signed with the oakland Raiders in 1987. He played for theRaiders for four seasons. Later on he had a severe hip injury that ended his career in the NFL.

MLB

He was recruited by the New York Yankees before he was out of high school,but instead decided not to go but to attend Auburn University.  Going pro in 1986, he played for the Kansas City Royals, the White Sox, and the California Angels. During his time in baseball, he was the 1989 All-Star Game MVP. He achieved 4 20 home run seasons, and tied the record for most consecutive at-bat home runs with four home runs.

Personal Life

After his hip injury, he would sit in his shop and make arrows. He would shoot a bow and arrow with is feet.
