Population means how many people or animals or objects are in the place they are at a small group. A population  is a summation of all the organisms of the same group or species, which live in a particular geographical area, and have the capability of interbreeding. In ecology, the population of a certain species in a certain area is estimated using the Lincoln Index.

Community means a smaller group of people with different categories. A group of people living in the same place or having a particular characteristic in common.

A large community of plants and animals that occupies a distinct region. Terrestrial biomes, typically defined by their climate and dominant vegetation, include grassland, tundra, desert, tropical rainforest, and deciduous and coniferous forests.

If a animal lived on the jungle it will probably die because it doesn't have a lot of trees that they can have shade and probably there food comes from the trees. They will have typo have a different habitat and have to change there habits and it will probably be hard to find food.
