A day in the life of a child in Thailand
The country i choose is Thailand. The students name is Laddawadee Maroomdee, but everyone calls her Noon. She is 12 years old and lives with her parents, sister, cousin and grandmother in Bangkok. She likes to read and watch TV.
The life of a child in Thailand
* 5:50 a.m - At this time Noon's dad wakes up her and her sister Nam. Then she takes a shower and puts on her school uniform
* 6:20 a.m - Her dad now makes her breakfast. Sometimes they have khao tom, which is porridge made of rice and milk.
* 6:45 a.m - Before they leave, they pray at a shrine in our living room. Her school is less than a half a mile away, but takes them 40 minutes to get there
12:30 p.m - She has three more hours of school. On Friday, she has physical education.
3:30 p.m - She walks next door to her sister's school. Every other Wednesday, she has dance class. They are learning traditional Thai dances.
4:30 p.m - Dad picks them up. At home, she take another shower. Then she helps her grandmother take care of her baby cousin Je T'aime
A day in the life of Katie Cutter in the U.S.A!!
My name is Katelyn Cutter, but people call me Katie or Kate. I live in the United States. I am 13 years old. I live with my parents, brother, 3 cats, and 1 dog. I like to do crafts and play around outside my house. My mom works at Dearborn County Hospital and my dad has his own business called Cutters Custom Stitchin.
6:30 a.m - My dad wakes me up and get dressed and ready for school.
7:30 a.m - I have to get on the bus and ride it to South Dearborn Middle School.
8:00 a.m - I am getting ready for my first class; health class
11:00 p.m - We eat lunch and talk to others
11:30 p.m - I am in my history class learning about the history of different countries
2:45 p.m - We are let out of school. i get on a bus and go back to Dillsboro Elementary school on certain days i have basketball, but if there is no basketball practice than I shoot around at home.
