Possessing more than a decade of experience as a real estate professional, Gretchen Rosenberg serves Denver and the surrounding Colorado communities. After working in the marketing and advertising industry for several years, Gretchen Rosenberg obtained her real estate license and began operating with a small, Denver-based brokerage in 1996. Subsequently, Gretchen Rosenberg helped establish the Cherry Creek office of the Kentwood Company as one of the location’s founding Broker Associates in 1998. Relocating people into and out of Colorado, Gretchen Rosenberg became well acquainted with Denver and the state’s other metro areas. With a particular emphasis on luxury properties and international real estate, Gretchen Rosenberg has earned a reputation as one of Denver’s leading real estate professionals.
In 2006, Gretchen Rosenberg assumed the position of Broker Manager at the Kentwood Company’s Cherry Creek office, serving her own clients while overseeing 60 other brokers and a support staff of 10. Under the leadership of Gretchen Rosenberg, the Cherry Creek office has become among the top residential real estate company in Denver. The Kentwood Companies' three offices, including Gretchen Rosenberg's Cherry Creek office, recently achieved the highest sales volume per agent in the nation, earning them a spot among the National Association of REALTORS top 100 brokerages. In recognition of her tireless commitment to the Denver real estate community, Gretchen Rosenberg was named the “Realtor of the Year” by the Denver Board of REALTORS in 2009. Gretchen Rosenberg was also awarded the 2010 President's Distinguished Service Award from the Denver Board of Realtors 2010 President for her service to the association.
Gretchen Rosenberg originally moved to the state of Colorado in 1982 to attend the University of Denver, earning both her Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and International Relations and a Master of Business Administration. The mother of two high school boys, Gretchen Rosenberg enjoys reading, beading, and walking her dog Duke during her spare time.
