The Circus Maximus

The Circus Maximus was invented by Lucius Tarquinus Priscus.
It was built of concrete and stone. It was the largest ampitheatre of the Roman Empire. They used it for ancient Roman chariot racing stadium and mass entertainment venue located in Rome/Italy. situated in the volley between the Aventine and palatine hills,it was the first and largest ancient Rome and its later empire.
The Circus Maximus is a park today. In the background are the ruins of the Imperial Palace on the Palatine Hill. Other examples include Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and Palazzo Della Civilita Italiana.
