CAREER CLUSTER: ARTS, AUDIO-VIDEO TECHNOLOGY AND COMMUNICATIONS- ACTOR
This cluster is right for me because I've always loved being on stage weather it be singing, dancing, or just acting in a simple school play. I have been told that I am very good at making the audience think I am really unhappy, mad, or many other emotions. I have about three years worth of experience, thanks to our church's TV show, Tween You & Me.
In this career, I would 1.work closely with directors and then find other actors suit best for the role. 2.Also you need to act like you are really in that situation, with gestures, body language, and tone, like the way you speak.
This career includes:
3.Designing, producing, exhibiting, performing, writing and publishing multimedia content, including visual and performing arts and design, journalism and entertainment services.
I want to be in the performing profession. 4.In this cluster you can make, for being on a regular TV show $ 45,000 per month, and you don't even have to be on stage everyday of that month. However, you would need many skills to go into this profession. 5.Like being able to be on stage and not get nervous, and the responsibility to learn your lines and get up early in the morning to go to set, get your make-up done, and your hair.
This is a chart about how much you would make being an actor/actress in North Carolina and Virginia.
