Homemade pickles with a little kick

No canning included


1 large cucumber

1 cup white vinger

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup chopped onions

1 TBSP pickling seasoning

1 1/2 tsp sugar

Slice cucumber thin. Mix together onions and cucumber and put in a container . Make sure they are in snug. In a sauce pan add vinger , sugar , pickling seasoning and water. Bring to a boil for at least 2 mintues remove from heat let set for 1 minute . Pour over cucumbers very slowly . Put lid on then shake for about a minute. Every few hours skake and flip upside down. Rotate this everytime you shake them for 2 days . After  that they are ready to eat. Can keep these up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
