There is two reasons why the jerusalem is so important to the muslims.

1) Its a universal meaning of submission to god.

2) They ascended to Heaven from Jerusalem.

Why do Muslims want control of Jerusalem

East Jerusalem has been occupied since 1967 and contains many sacred Muslim places first of which is Al-Aqsa Mosque, which is the 3rd most holy Muslim Mosque in the world.

How did the Crusades impact Muslim

Infighting among the various Muslims sects and empires stimulated by the Crusades and the Spanish Inquisition coupled with the prerequisites for an industrial revolution found in Britain denuded the Middle east of resources at a critical time of development.

                                     Crusades effecting islam

The effects are depression, loss of family, deaths, kind of the effects of war now days.

The things muslim sees in Christian Crusaders

The Christians murdered men women and children. The muslim warriors spared innocent lives and in many cases treated their war prisoners very well.
So they saw them as human, whereas the Christians saw the muslims as pure evil.

How did they view other groups

They are inferior to them because why else would they worship any where at select times.
