Abe Lincoln's Amazing Lifetime

By Harrison G.

(1809-1865). Abe Lincoln was one of the most important presidents. He started the civil war and made the wise choice to end slavery that split the United States in half. It was the Confederate Army against the Union Army and Lincoln is the leader of the Union.

One of the most important event in US History was when he made slavery illegal.

This image is representing the courage of Abe Lincoln to stop slavery, no matter what would get in his way, there was no stopping him.

Lincolns Killer

John Wilkes Booth had eleven brothers and sisters. His dad was an actor named Junius Brutus Booth and Junius left his family to go to America with a girl who was only eighteen years old. Her name was Mary Ann Holmes. She gave birth to John. Booth had a crazy household with all his eleven brothers and sisters. It is hard to figure out why somebody would kill Lincoln. A lot of people were really mad about the ending of slavery, John was one of them, so John chose to kill Abe.

Abe Lincoln was the sixteenth President and liked studying about other presidents before him like George Washington for example
