Ham & Swiss Baked Omlet


  • 1 1/2 cup diced hickory-smoked ham.
  • 3 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 9 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper


Preheat oven to 325*F. Layer ham, green onions and cheese in a greased 9-inch square baking dish. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, sour cream and pepper. Pour over the ham and cheese.

Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the eggs are set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

Makes 6-8 servings.
