This article really shows you how bad it is to miss sleep, and how important it is for you to get a good amount of hours every night. I feel like I could use a couple more hours of sleep every night. The consequences of not getting enough sleep are falling asleep during the day and your brain not getting the rest it actually needs.

The article, The Power of Sleep, shows what happens when you miss sleep, and what happens when you get enough sleep. Sleep is important because your mind works differently while you are sleeping that it does when you are awake. I personally think that I need more sleep, because I am always tired throughout the day.

The Power of Sleep is really an unnoticed power. With the power of a full nights sleep you become more alert and preform better, while protecting yourself from neurological disorders. I do not get enough sleep, so I should work on giving my brain a little more "washing" time.
