John Quincy Adams

John Quincy Adams was the son of President John Adams and Abigail Adams. He was born in Braintree, Massachussets on July 11, 1767. He went to Harvard college to become a lawyer. John also was apointed minister to the Neatherlands at age 26 and was evenutally promoted to the Berlin Legation. He was elected Senate for the United States in 1802. When John was 41 he was appointed Minister to Russia by President Madison. 17 years later he was elected president. John died on February 23, 1848.
