Habbit Loop

1. I thought this section was really good. It's interesting to learn how you can break habits and such.

2. a) Sleeping so much

b) I come home from school, which is exhausting, and want to sleep.

c) I lay in bed and sleep.

d) I feel refreshed

3. Maybe go outside and wake myself up by doing something active instead of sleeping

4. Doing something active by going outside instead of sleeping the afternoon away.
