To Fry...Works for Chicken and Pork!
First, you dredge the meat in flour one at a time.
Make sure to get both sides and shake off the excess flour.
Next you dip the flour covered meat into the egg.
Try not to get your fingers or they'll get coated too!
Then press both sides of the meat into the breadcrumbs. Let the egg make the breadcrumbs stick.
And then lastly, place the meat into a pan with some hot oil. After a few seconds of cooking, make sure the meat is loose on the place (can slide around) so that it will help crisp the coating better!
