Ethan Allen tragedy
The person who owns the Ethan Allen boat at the time is John Panzella. The boat was owned by Shoreline Cruises when it tipped over and was taken out of service in 2005. The boat tipped over because it was overloaded and the boat was to small. It can't carry a lot of people so it capsized. The most passengers are senior citizens from Michigan and Ohio states. Twenty passengers died and there are many surviver that are from Michigan state. "Twenty people lost their lives when the Ethan Allen tour-boat capsized a year ago. We have not heard from many of the survivors". There more people that survived than death. "Paris, a former state trooper, as well as the tour boat operator have been cooperating with the accident probe". They help them to rescue the Ethan Allen boat. After the tragedy happened people that survived got interviewed about how the boat capsized. There a lawsuit because the law wants to understand what happened. The people who got interviewed is people who survived and they from Michigan state.
