When I feel sad or deppressed I do some things to make myself feel better

-listen to music

-play video games

-find something to laugh at

5 things I am grateful for:

One of the things I am grateful for is my family they take care of me. I am also thankful for having a home to live in and food to eat.  I am thankful for my health and that I have opprotunities.
