All about the D climate.
Since the D climate can be two different types, for the purpose of this tackk the main focus will be on the continental subarctic climate.
Characteristics:It is a long bitterly cold period with short and clear days.
Description:It is a major climate type, the continental climate is quite cold and has only 50-90 days of the year that is frost free.
Temperature Range: From 54 to 108 degrees Fahrenheit.
Precipitation: Low precipitation mainly in the form of snow.
Locations:The main area of this climate is in the range of Alaska to Newfoundland, and from northern Scandinavia to Siberia in Eurasia.
