What is NOS and how does it work?
NOS is an abbreviation for Nitrous Oxide Systems. NOS is chemical compound with the formula N²O. At normal temperature the chemical compound is non-flammable. However at higher temperatures NOS becomes extremely flammable. NOS is used in car and bike racing. It increases the power output extremely , from 170 HP for a normal standard nos-system up to 240 HP for the racing nos-system. It has 298 times more impact than standard fuel. NOS is also injected directly into the engine for instant power during 20 seconds. The downside of the story, when you use NOS 2 times, the engine will tear itself apart. For example in dragster races, the need to change their engine every 2 times the race but the drive up to 300/mph in less than 4 seconds. It's very expensive, and most certainly not good for your car/engine but 100% fun guaranteed.
