We jogged there from 10:30 in the morning until 12 noon yet it didn’t feel like it was lunch time (just my stomach told me so). The academic oval is lined with huge acacia trees that could provide shade even on hot afternoons. There were still many runners and bikers (even skaters) late in the morning. People just gradually dispersed when noon came. For those who want to run with fewer people, noontime would be the best time to start jogging there. Anyway, even if there are many runners, the place is still huge that it’s almost impossible to accidentally bump into anyone.
We also encountered some photo shoots while circling the oval. Many other things could be done there like Frisbee, role playing rehearsals, eskrima (yes, I saw some group doing practice), and … well just sit and bum around.#5021
