"Ang SUGO"

a stageplay

Members of the Church of Christ celebrated their 100th year of existence last July 27, 2014 at the Philippine Arena, the world's biggest indoor arena located in Bocaue Bulacan. The members continued to celebrate their centennial for the whole week and many activities were held at the same site.

One of the events happened inside the arena for the celebration of the centennial was the stage play entitled "Ang SUGO" (The Messenger) which I attended. The stage play that was performed by the selected members of the Church of Christ was really great and star studded. Some of them are Jaclyn Jose, Snooky Serna, Ruru Madrid, Xyriel Manabat, Ej Falcon, Mike Magat, Anthony Taberna, Rossel Taberna, Janice de Belen, Regine Angles, Gladys Reyes, and many more.

The stage play, "Ang Sugo", is about the life of Bro. Felix Y. Manalo and his sacrifices and works for the Church of Christ. Every scene of the said stage play was worth watching and has no dull moments. How priceless to see people inside the arena clap every moment and feel the atmosphere of every scene showed, and because of that everyone walks out of the arena happy and contented.

How happy and proud I am to be a member of the Church of Christ and to witness this tremendous event.
