About Isaac Perez Recao
A Venezuelan-born entrepreneur currently residing in the United States, Isaac Perez Recao has extensive experience in crisis management, as well as a successful business record in several countries. In Venezuela, Isaac Perez Recao and his family developed shopping centers, housing projects, and oversaw other construction ventures. They have also invested in agriculture, wine production and yogurt business, with enterprises in Venezuela, Costa Rica, Spain, Argentina and Puerto Rico. Isaac Perez Recao and his family have worked as co-owners of financial institutions and petrochemical companies.
Isaac Perez Recao has received recognition for his skills in entrepreneurship and crisis management in the United States and abroad. At the age of 25, he was appointed the Counsel for Intelligence and Special Operations branch of the Department of Justice under President Rafael Caldera. In December of 1999, during the floods in La Guaira, Venezuela, Isaac Perez Recao coordinated and rescued over 400 flood survivors and him personally saved the lives of more than 20.
Additionally, Mr. Perez Recao has received the Honor of Merit from the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Ministry of Defense in Venezuela. He has also been named the Honorary Mayor-President of the City of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Isaac Perez Recao has completed several management-related programs at the professional level at Oxford University’s Said Business School, where he studied in the Politics, Power, and Influence Program, also at Yale’s Advanced Leadership Program, as well as Stanford’s Advanced Negotiation Program. Furthermore, Isaac Perez Recao has also graduated from the Advance Management Program “A.M.P.” at the Wharton School of Business. In 2001, Mr. Perez Recao became a member of the International Association for Counterterrorism & Security Professionals.
