Governor of North Dakota
Governor Jack Dalrymple was born October 16, 1948. was sworn in as the 32nd Governor of the great state of North Dakota on December 7, 2010. Since taking office Dalrymple has worked to fund the state's priorities, provide expanded tax relief for North Dakotans, and maintain strong reserves for the future.
In the United States, the title governor refers to the chief executive of each state. The governor heads the executive branch in each state, and depending on the individual jurisdiction, may have considerable control over government budgeting.
