What you can do to overcome terrifying fears

According to Mark Tyrrell there are five "sure-fire" ways to help with fear and anxiety.

1. Take slow and steady breathes

2. Picture yourself calm when in a fearful situation

3. Use different parts of your brain by evaluating yourself on a scale of 1-10 how fearful you are, to activate the thinking part of your brain.

4. Control your imagination

5. Use the A.W.A.R.E technique: accept the anxiety, watch your anxiety to rate how fearful you are in that moment, act normally, repeat these steps if necessary, expect the best.
