About Jack Tuckner
Distinguished civil rights trial attorney, Jack Tuckner served as a public defender in the Bronx early in his career before focusing on a private practice. Jack Tuckner co-founded Tuckner, Sipser, Weinstock & Sipser, LLP, where he currently addresses gender and pregnancy discrimination in the workplace and represents women seeking equal pay for equal work. Over the course of his career, he has become one of the nation’s leading voices in women’s rights and has often appeared on television, in print, and on the radio. These outlets include The New York Times, Fox News, CNN, Dateline NBC, and National Public Radio.
For the last three years, Jack Tuckner has earned the title New York Labor and Employment Super Lawyer, a designation that recognizes the top 5 percent of lawyers in a given field according to peer and judge reviews. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the City University of New York Law School at Queens College.
