She was the won to call Mr. Pignati on the prank call and told him they were coming over. She also has family problems her dad has died and her mom is very over protective especially with men.

Setting

The setting of the story was in New York. They typed the whole book in the library.

Plot

The exposition in this story starts out talking about who John and Lorraine are and there background. In the rising action they prank called Mr. Pignati and got to meet him. They went to the zoo with him and that's when they started really hitting it of. Then they were over his house everyday. They became family to each other, the father they never had. The climax of the story was when Mr. Pignati got out of the hospital and John had a party and Norton smashed the pigs that were so precious to him. He felt betrayed and was really hurt. Once he herd that bobo died he died himself of a broken heart because he had no more friends. That was the resolution of this book.

Theme

Some of the themes in the book were lonely, companionship, love, family, friendship.

Foreshadowing

There were foreshadowing that Norton would mess up the pigs. And that Mr. Pignati was going to die.

Text to self

This connects to me because I am a teenager and I'm going to face people picking on me and facing peer pressure like Lorraine has with John. Like when John made her throw the party.

Text to world

The reason why this text relates to the world because there are a lot of people like john with unstable households and that have smoking and drinking problems.

Text to text

Since I don't know any books like this the Pigman returns is like the first one because they have the same characters and has some of the same things in it.

Symbolism

This book is about friendship and how important it is to all the characters in the book lean on. In this book john and Lorraine build a friendship with the Pigman and see grow from a friendship to a family like bond that they have together.

I would probably feel some kind of affection for them. Because they dont make him feel as lonly. They also bring happiness to his life and fun memories.

I would have felt like they just liked to have fun and let loose, I really shouldn't be mad because they are who they are and I can't change that. I love John and Lorraine as much as I love my pigs. When John was running up the stairs I didn't think it was his fault, but then again it was because if he would have never been running up the stairs I probably would have lived longer or my death would have been farther away. If I would have never followed him I would have never had a heart attack, but I just wanted to have fun because I never had fun since my wife died. When I found out Bobo died my heart broke and I felt sad.

If i was the Pigman my heart would of been torn apart. Like who goes to someones house and throws a party without them knowing and later on it gets out of control. Lorraine's little friend ripped Conchetta's dress. Even tho they gave him companionship and love they betrayed him. He was a very old man they should of waited till he got home and gotten his permission before throwing the party. If I was him I would of never forgave them and went to the zoo with them.

If i was the pigman i would dislike them because they killed me well before they killed me i would have proably loved them and trusted that they would do nothing to harm me and i could trust them with my life, I do also trust them now because they are writing my legacy and can tell that they loved me and really regreat what they did

In the beginning he probably adores them. But by the end he is probably mad and hurt.
