Sales Leader and Driver of Product Success

Throughout his career in strategic planning and sales management, James Gaczewski has focused on motivating teams and driving results. A graduate of the criminal justice associate degree program at Mississippi State University, he entered the sales profession in 1992 as a merchandise manager with Milbrands, Inc., where his level of performance resulted in a promotion to territory manager based in Germany. In this role, James Gaczewski introduced a number of new Miller Brewing and Heineken products to European retailers while successfully pursuing distribution and volume goals.

After relocating to the United States to serve as an instructor with American Law Enforcement Radar and Training, James Gaczewski returned to sales as an area manager with Florida-based Cone Distributing. Responsible for 930 accounts across 11 counties, he led an impact sales team for the region's top 75 account as well. Effective in strengthening profit as well as market share, he left Cone Distributing in 2010 to join the management team of Phusion Projects. Now a state manager for Alabama and Northern Florida, Mr. Gaczewski balances his professional responsibilities with an active personal life that includes golfing, hunting, and fishing.
