About Jameson Van Houten
During his teenage years, Jameson Van Houten began to develop an interest in finance. At 16 years old, he started to trade bonds, mutual funds, and stocks. By the age of 18, he started engaging in option trading and margins for his own accounts. After studying at Pepperdine University, Jameson Van Houten matriculated at Arizona State University, where he studied at the W.P. Carey School of Business and Barrett Honors College.
As CEO and CIO of Stonegate Financial Group, Mr. Van Houten has is a Certified Financial Planner, and numerous awards from industry organizations and publications, including the Leadership & Achievers Council. A frequent keynote speaker, he is active in various study groups.
In addition to his role at Stonegate Financial Group, he contributes his executive skills, time, and funds to charitable endeavors such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, where he currently serves as a board member. A member of Gift of Life, he has served as a governing board member of Kids First of Arizona in the past.
