About James Stewart Foxxe Energy
The former chief executive officer of Foxxe Energy Services, James Stewart currently leads the Keane Group of Houston, Texas, as chairman and chief executive officer. The position requires that he manage private oilfield interests in a number of regions from Texas to Canada. In recognition of his accomplishments, James Stewart earned the Pennsylvania Governors Impact Award for his firm's job creation efforts in the state. Before joining the Keane Group, he founded and led Foxxe Energy, where he managed a team numbering 200 employees. After growing the company, he sold it to Ensign Energy Services.
When not working, Mr. Stewart stays active by pursuing outdoor sports like snow skiing, deep sea fishing, and golf. For entertainment, he enjoys traveling internationally and has resided in such far-flung cities as Paris and Dubai. His favorite destination is South Africa, where he visits the Cape region and the wine country. Moreover, he follows both national and college football teams. A professionally engaged individual, he belongs to the Independent Petroleum Association of America, the Western Energy Alliance, and the Marcellus Coalition Society of Petroleum Engineers.
