Creative Media Professional Jean Criss

Jean Criss has diverse career experience in sales, marketing, and creative media. Currently based in New York City, she serves as the CEO of Jean Criss Media, LLC. Her firm offers creative multimedia services for industries such as fashion and apparel, food, wine and spirits, and entertainment. Major projects undertaken by Ms. Criss include producing a week-long performing and visual arts festival and overseeing the sponsorship and media for a local food and wine festival with approximately 3,000 attendees for three consecutive years.

Early in her career, Jean Criss gained sales experience as the national accounts corporate sales manager for Lotus Development and as the regional sales manager for Reed Business. She also served as associate publisher/VP at both Ziff Davis and International Data Group, account director for CMP Media and Jack Morton Worldwide, and more recently, as a local sales manager for Comcast Spotlight/NY DMA under the eastern division. Throughout her media career she gained invaluable experience across multiple technology platforms including print, digital, online, cable television, and integrated marketing.

Educated at Walsh College of Accountancy and Business administration, Jean Criss graduated with a bachelor of science in business administration. In her personal life, she enjoys writing, dance, pilates, golf, music and travel.
