About Jeff Layman
Jeff Layman serves as a principal with Fallon Benefits Group in Atlanta. In this position, he holds responsibility for designing, implementing, and maintaining employee benefits plans for both domestic and international employers. Before assuming this role five years ago, he functioned as a senior group sales representative with Sun Life Insurance Company of Canada and in a similar role with Genworth Financial. As a carrier representative, Jeff Layman worked the Atlanta and Charleston territories and consistently placed in the top five producers based on annual sales. He earned numerous recognitions as a top producer during his 25 years on the carrier/wholesale side of the insurance business.
Outside of work, Jeff Layman remains devoted to giving back to the community. He provides support for a wide range of nonprofit groups, including Dream House, Open Hand, Habitat for Humanity, and the Wounded Warrior Project. In addition, he enjoys traveling and remains active by scuba diving and snowboarding.
Mr. Layman earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Clemson University and later earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia, where he focused on risk management and finance. He has also earned degrees from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and American University.
