Since 1998, attorney Jeffrey Luhrsen has exclusively represented injured Floridians. His firm, Luhrsen Law Group, which he founded in 2001 and which is located in Sarasota, Florida, principally handles auto accident cases with a special focus on those involving drunk driving and driving under the influence. After law school and before going into private practice, Jeffrey Luhrsen was an active duty military lawyer with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. He served with both the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg and with the 2nd Infantry Division in Korea. His interest in trial advocacy was developed while in law school and was honed in the military, where he worked as a military prosecutor and Special U.S. Assistant Attorney prosecuting civilians charged with crimes on military bases.
Jeffrey Luhrsen earned his law degree (J.D.) from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida, graduating cum laude after earning several academic scholarships and being named to the dean's List.
