Jeremy Lowe Connecticut
Connecticut Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney
About Jeremy Lowe Connecticut
A well-established Connecticut lawyer, Jeremy Lowe practices with
Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider, LLP’s Hartford office. A partner with
the firm, Jeremy Lowe has counseled clients in some of the nation’s
highest profile intellectual property litigation. Representing a major
manufacturer of film, he achieved victory in a decision against Kodak
that could have resulted in damages approaching $1 billion. In 2010, he
represented a generic drug company against Pfizer, Inc., in a $3 billion
case that had been initiated more than a decade ago. Stepping in only
18 months prior to trial, he cross-examined a number of Pfizer’s most
important witnesses and, in the process, expedited a settlement for only
10 percent of the claimed damages.
Mr. Lowe completed his BS in chemical engineering at the University of Missouri and pursued a JD in St. Louis at the Washington University School of Law. Having earned bar admissions in Illinois, New York, and Connecticut, Jeremy Lowe represents clients before a number of US District Courts, as well as the Federal Court of Appeals and the US Patent and Trademark Office.
