About Jerry Clamon
Business executive Jerry Clamon spent decades working with
financial services and insurance firms before leaving the corporate
world to begin his own consulting firm, Clamon Kaizen Consulting.
Through this company, he provides guidance to clients seeking to
transform their businesses, and improve processes and profitability, by
relying on the principles of Lean Sigma and Six Sigma business
practices. Previously, Jerry Clamon served Bank of America (formerly
Countrywide Home Loans) for more than five years, first as a credit risk
manager and senior vice president and later as a business control
manager, helping to identify, monitor, and manage corporate reputation
and market risk practices.
Jerry Clamon also maintained more than a decade of employment with GE Financial Assurance (formerly Colonial Penn), beginning as a claims adjuster and earning promotions to claims supervisor and then sales and underwriting manager.
Prior to launching his career, Clamon attended Appalachian State University, graduating with a B.S. in business administration. He also completed the Lean Six Sigma course at Villanova University. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, camping, fishing, and watching college and professional football.
