Real life example: My real life example is with cars in a parking lot, the bigger cars tend to go to the areas with more open spaces, therefore they have there needed space! Or cars tend to go to the spots closer to the stores. The protein channel would be the lanes and traffic, the traffic and lanes would be the path that the cars would have to go through to get to that one specific area!
