I enjoy things that most kids would think i would never do. Most would think that a president would just sit around and let other people do everything for them, but i designed a college and my own house!
I love learning and reading. All the books in the U.S. Library of Congress, guess where they came from, my collection. I love to gaze and examine stars, planets, and college. I designed and began the University of Virginia, I also designed my house, the Monticello. I like farming, I have a plantation with lots of crops, including vineyards because i love wine. I love music and I can even play a little. I also like drawing and writing.
I'm married to Martha Skelton Jefferson, we got married in 1772. We had 6 children, 1 boy and 5 girls. Only Mary and Martha lived to be adults. I went to the college of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia when i was 17. I'm proud of all my accomplishments but the ones i'm proud of the most of are writing the Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom, writing the Declaration of American Independence, and being the Father of the University of
