Email Etiquette Assignment

1,Do not type in all caps. It is considered rude because its like you are yelling at who you are emailing.
2,Read the email before you send it just incase you make a mistake and the person who receives it don't misunderstand it.
3,Avoid using long sentences because if you are sending an email people usually like it to be short and to the point.
4,Use proper spelling,grammar and punctuation because some if you are sending an email to a business and you type something like lol or omg things like that the person at that business might not know what that means.
5, Do not reply to spam messages because if you do it will show you are "live" and you will just get more. Simple just hit the delete button.
