Being on time to classes and commitments is sometimes very difficult, I have a problem with it too, and let me tell you, it makes everything you do 10 times harder to achieve especially if you don't allow yourself enough time to get to point a to point B in a certain amount of time.
The Greatest Challenge: TIME MANAGEMENT
Bad time management = bad diet:
A article off (Seattle PI) Explains that bad time management leads to a bad diet, "Students who can't manage their time well often wind up adopting unhealthy eating habits, such as a preference for high-fat, high-sugar foods, according to Ruth Blackburn, a residence hall nutritional specialist interviewed for "The Michigan Daily." Irregular schedules and lack of sleep compound the situation. Skipping meals or snacking on junk food may also suggest that academics is probably taking a backseat to partying and socializing." Its a real challenge now, and it will always be there.
Many students struggle to be on time...
Because of sleepiness.
Lots of students and teens are late to school, a survey from (Consumer affairs ) brings up that lack of sleep and being late go hand in hand, "At least once a week, more than one-quarter (28 percent) of high school students fall asleep in school, 22 percent fall asleep doing homework, and 14 percent arrive late or miss school because they oversleep." Time management has affected more than a quarter of high schoolers.
How can bad time management be fixed?
It still is going to remain a problem, but if you just plan out plans ahead of time it can make it WAY better than just wing it, and hoping you get there on time... Its better to be 10 minutes early than 10 minutes late...
