Herb Humus

Prep time 10 to 15 mintues


1 can chick peas  

1 Tbsp fresh basil

2 tsps fresh parsley & tarragon  

Salt & pepper to taste

1 clove garlic or 1 tsp mined garlic

1 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp lemon zest  

1 tsp lemon juice  

Olive oil

In a blender add everything except for olive oil . Blend for a couple minutes.  Then slowly add olive oil until smooth. Let chill for 2 hours .
