Frictional Force

1: It is becomes difficult to walk on a slippery road due to low friction.when we move on ice, It becomes difficult to walk due to low friction of ice.
2: We cannot fix nail in the wood or wall if there is no fiction.It is friction which holds the nails.

USES IN DAILY LIFE:

1:Friction is important as it essentially allows us to do everyday things such as driving a car, picking up objects and many others. In the absence of friction, everything would just slip and slide, with nothing to grip onto.

2:Keeping cars on the road. Keeping our shoes on the sidewalk,walking, grabbing things like a piece of paper and In order to walk you require static friction such that you can make the ground push forward on you.

NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF FRICTIONAL FORCE:

1: Friction can do positive work in inertial frame of reference.
2: Friction is usually used to mix materials such as in polishing or in the technique of friction welding.

POSITIVE EFFECTS OF FRICTIONAL FORCE:

Materials usually degrade quickly due to continuous friction.
1: Heat is often released as a result of friction between two parts.
2: It can also result in erosion of surfaces.
3: Bearing seizure can occur due to it.
4: Corrosion can also occur due to friction.
