Day 2 - 7/27/15
Back to work after my weeklong vacation that was full of fun times with my family.
I made myself a chai at home and stopped myself 1/2 way through pouring honey into my cup. I rinsed it out, grabbed a pack of stevia and finished making my chai. I use unsweetened almond milk and a black tea chai mix.
When I got to work, I noticed someone left a package of double stuf Oreos on the counter to share. They taunted me all day.
What I know about me and Oreos is that once I eat just one, all bets are off. The processed sugar can spark a craving unlike anything else I know.
Thankfully I avoided them for the day.
