Day 3 - 7/28/15

So far today I haven't missed sweets at all. I had a smoothie for breakfast and some nuts/seeds for a morning snack. I did a running heart rate test this morning that was very intense so I plan to have a big lunch of two veggie rolls with hummus. I bought the wraps at Aldi's because they didn't have any added sweetener in them as they are part of their active line of foods. Hopefully they taste good.

The wraps were tasty, sorry for the crummy photo. There were actually a ton of veggies in each of these. I used hummus, peppers, spinach, yellow zucchini and olives on these. All in roughly 225-250 calories per wrap.

The rest of the day went well and I wasn't thinking about sweets at all. On to Day 4.
