About Joseph Donchez
Since earning a BS in finance and economics from the University of Delaware, Joseph Donchez has become one of the top sales management executives in the information technology (IT) industry. Building on years of experience in enterprise sales and in developing and leading field sales and service teams, Joseph Donchez currently serves as a senior sales executive for strategic enterprise accounts representing technology solutions at Oracle Corporation.
As the IT industry has developed and shifted focus over the years, Mr. Donchez has adapted and furthered his education through training programs and certifications. He has studied and applied Solutions Selling, Executive Level Selling, Target Account Selling, and Successful Leadership Strategies at BayGroup, Bosworth, Dale Carnegie, and others.
Mr. Donchez has earned numerous sales achievement awards. In 2005, he was ranked second worldwide among account team leaders for sales volume and customer satisfaction.
A concerned citizen and family man, Joseph Donchez assists the booster club at Central Buck East High School in suburban Philadelphia and volunteers at Saint Vincent’s Orphanage at Christmas. Recreationally, he is a dedicated fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and the Philadelphia Eagles and enjoys attending local NCAA events and road trips to major sporting events in the SEC.
