About John Perkinson
For the past three decades, Perkinson Companies founder John Perkinson has led the Mesa, Arizona, firm as president. In this capacity, he oversees all aspects of operations and has managed the formation and financing of 50 development-focused legal entities, such as private partnerships. Over the years, John Perkinson and his team have completed approximately $200 million in transactions of commercial, residential, and land properties.
Before initiating his career, Mr. Perkinson enrolled at the Brigham Young University Institute of Professional Accountancy. While pursuing his studies, he traveled to Zurich, where he undertook a two-year church mission.
Maintaining a continuing commitment to service in the time since, John Perkinson has engaged in his community as a Mesa Public Schools volunteer basketball coach for more than a decade and served as a committee member and scout master with the Boy Scouts of America. In addition, he has sat on the board of Arizona Diamondbacks Charities and sat on the board and chaired Thunderbird Charities.
