In session 1 i watched different small videos of a studio where they put music on a station so we could listen to it on a radio such as this one above. It showed me how they do it and the equipment they use. Also, they showed me different rooms, and what they do.
In session two i got to first use a program to listen to drum beats, and edit some thing on it. I then got to use a mic to speak a short news story.
In session three i got to write three different news story that i got online, but i had to write it using my own words. I then got to say them through a mic like some one would do in a newscast but on a radio. i was recording them, and then i got to edit them.
In session 4 I got to record a introduction to a newscast. After that I got to record 3 news story's, and a commentary.
In session 5 I had to create music lead-ins and lead-outs. They were for the news and commentary broadcast.
In session 6 I continued creating music files. Like in session 5 i also created music lead-ins and lead-outs.
In session 7 i assembled the media files i created in earlier sessions. This created one final broadcast file.
In radio broadcasting their are different things you have to do. I learned about some of this in session 1. The main one i am going to focus on is getting all types of different music to put on a station. Like shows on TV their is a brake. During this brake a person talks through a mic about different things.
